Returns & Refund Policy
I am sure that you will be happy with your purchase but I realise that sometimes you may change your mind. Apart from commissioned or bespoke items, if you make email contact within 14 days of delivery a refund or exchange can be arranged.

Please return your items in good condition, unused and in it's original packaging and use an insured method of despatch and obtain proof of posting. I can’t accept liability for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. Please note I'm unable to offer free returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
